Another Photoshop question

We were issued new laptops at work and lo and behold, mine came with Photoshop installed! No clue why my employer would pay the funds for us to all have a license for Photoshop, but who cares!

That solved the issue of which photo software to obtain!

Now that I have access to it, I have to learn how to use it. From what I read on this forum, it is not user friendly.

Can anyone suggest any books, web sites, etc. that are easy to use that are guides on how to use Photoshop?
