July 2009? I don't think even Phil Reader has a real good idea of a possible time frame. They still have to look forward to rolling in what will probably be 125 or more flue tubes (I don't know the exact number) among many other finishing tasks. In the meantime, they have a railroad to run. I can't give you a date, but I can give you reasonable assurances that it ain't gonna be soon!
