All I had to go with when I started was the original PFM model and a few photos of RGS #461. The Brewster plans fortuitously were published just after I got started, but I was trying to re-use as many of the original PFM parts as possible.
Also, #461 was one of only four K-27's with inboard piston valves, so her configuration is a bit different from #463 as there is an extra rocker arm to transfer the motion from the combination lever inward to line up with the valve stem. IIRC, these four were converted to superheat & piston valves, but retained their Stephenson valve gear for a while. Conversion to Wahlshearts required either replacing the pistons or - much less expensive, I presume - adding the transfer link or whatever you want to call it.
