Sorry, I have a problem with patriotism, I am from Germany and lots of Americans told us for some 50 years that patriotism is a bad thing
(think they were right, this emotion led us in many wars including WW I & II). We are one world and a crime against people of one state is a crime against all of us.
Hope you understand my point of view, I may think different if had grown up in the US. I travel the US frequently (and I love the land and most of the prople (gosh you have a certain amount of assh..everwhere)) but I have saw many redneck partiots everywhere who are not able to read more than the headline in the newspapers and draw their weird conclusions. So that kind of pariotism (all over the world, see the dancing Palestinians in Nablus) is the problem we have to do with here.
