I contacted the site owner where the photo is (in my previous message) and got the answer below. Also, I posted a diagram of a standard gauge S160 from the Alaska Railroad.
Anyone have questions I can forward?

It is indeed a S-160, converted to 1067mm by the Ulan-Ude plant in the 50s.
There were about 20 such locos, all working at Sakhalin.
What exactly do you want to know about it?
