That's what I thought!
I was just on the phone with John Cole and told him I had
posted a smart-ass response to Roger's post of just plain "NO",
which I figured you had posted by mistake when responding to a p.m.
... MY bad for practicing curmudgeonliness on a good friend, but JBWX and Tom G. won't accept me as a full-fledged curmudgeon until I have completed my master's thesis - a year's worth of obnoxious posts (365).

p.s. The CIO where I used to work accidentally called me 'Sperious' instead of 'Sperry' in a meeting one day. I had the secretary check the dictionary, and when she read the third definition, "illegitimate or bastard", I made up a duplicate nameplate for my cubicle ...
