The equipment ran from El Salvador through Guatemala on their own
wheels. After arrival at the northernmost station on the FEGUA system, which (I think) was Tecun Uman, Mexico, the equipment was loaded onto Mexican standard gauge flatcars and taken to El Paso. From there, everything moved to Colorado by truck. I think it was in the Mexico City area that the business car was broken into and had most everything removed...including the kitchen sink....(no really).
This is #40 making up it's own train to head north.
As for when the 111 was built Chris....I really don't know
