NNG: F&W #14 (#69?) under steam this morning!

Hi, All -
I just returned from Fillmore, CA (about 60 miles n.w. of Los Angeles), where #14 is under steam,
and expected to move at least a few yards later today to a location more suitable for photography:
When I asked Andy Wilkinson about the #69 number plate on the smokebox of his dad's newest toy, he just shrugged his shoulders - so I'm guessing it's in honor of an upcoming celebration*.
