Woodward Iron RR is a very large company from the looks of the size of the Baldwin roster with just a small partial check. You may have a impossible task to find personal records other than local gazettes. The company may show in the Iron Age Magazine. For the loco fans, here are just a few of their locomotives from Baldwin:
#7 14243 3/95, #8 15371 6/97 3',#9 16389 11/98. #10 17773 2/00, #14 24134 1904, #15 24099 4/04 762mm, #16 24785 11/04 sg, #17 24789 1435mm, #19 29383 11/06. Wonder if the 4 different gauges is correct? Fit your time period. Large enough company to have some history I would expect. PRR
