In all fairness the Kings Island Crowns have been heavily modified over the years, making them much more effecient and easier to run (they still have the gate valve throttles though). Busch owns six (?) of them with three running at Busch Gardens Europe in Williamsburg, VA and the rest at BTG The Dark Continent in Tampa.
IMHO the 2' gauge Crowns were the real workhorses of the company. There are some parks that still have them. The best example that I have personal experience with is Hersheypark. On busy days they run two trains and there is a serious grade that these little kettles really put out some stack talk.
