Any idea which locomotive they will be using?

Do they have #12 back yet?

The only thing I can find is this:
Another successful season has come to a close on the Georgetown Loop Railroad. Though the railroad was devoid of steam this past season, WRC and it’s staff of qualified welders worked frantically to finish much needed boiler repairs in time for the 2009 season. The work is now wrapping up, and if all goes well, Locomotive No. 12 will see service for most, if not all of 2009. WRC has installed a new door sheet, tube sheets front and back and a lot of stay bolts and new washout holes.
