NNG - Rio Grande films on Tuesday

Here is an invitation, even for narrow-minded folk. Anyone who is interested can come to the meeting on Tuesday evening in Denver. Maybe Mike Trent will be in the area.

From the mid-1970s through the mid-1980s, Bill Botkin spent many weekends documenting the Rio Grande Zephyr in the most scenic locations from Denver to Salt Lake City and freights on the Tennessee Pass line. While his focus was still photography, Bill also shot sound movies during that period and has selected two reels of Rio Grande diesel action for our next meeting.

The monthly meeting of the Rocky Mountain Railroad Club is on Tuesday, 12 May at 7:15 pm. The address is 2950 S. University Boulevard in Denver, Colorado. Everyone is welcome to attend. We will not be having regular meetings in the summer (June thru August).
