And if your right Chris that goes right to my main point of CHS having spent thousands of dollars on the boiler before getting a waiver on the wheels. If the waiver is not granted they will have an FRA certified boiler that neither they nor anyone else can use because of wheel sets that are not up to current code. Which would mean they couldn't use it and no one else who needs an FRA certified boiler would want it because of the wheels. More money down a rat hole and no steam on the loop. So here's hoping they do get a waiver.
