Hello, Drew -

THANK YOU for posting these pictures of scenes which we will never see happening again. I was there almost every summer from 1960 through 1968, but did not have a decent camera until the last year of D&RGW operations. It is great to see your shots taken just east of Durango; too often we focus on the "drama" of double-headers from Chama to Cumbres and forget the day-to-day operations on the rest of the line.
