This is a photo of one of the Peregrine Falcon parents that take up residence each spring on the top of the 12 story building I manage in downtown Pasadena (CA). The nest is located on the 12th floor and is virtually inaccessable but the parents do start squaking and screeching if you go on the roof. They start buzzing you pretty good too in order to scare off what they perceive as a threat to their young. Sure does help to keep the pigeon population down during the spring.
