E & L. K. Railroad

In perusing my husband's great-grandfather's pension file I see that he worked several years for a narrow gauge railroad called the E and L.K.

In his deposition dated 1925 he says "it was just a log road and has been torn up now". This would have been in West Virginia between 1899 and 1925.

Can any one of you identify this railroad by name and/or location? It would be a great help in fleshing out our bare bones genealogy.
