Jay has similar pix over at the Gote. Two important points come from the commentary over there:
(1) plans including removing the boiler from the frame and building a new smokebox for it.
(2) this hydro test was purely informal; ultrasounding and form 4, plus any work resulting from those, will precede the official hydro test.
IIRC, work on the 489 took something like 2 years - it was out almost a year later than originally predicted - so I wouldn't make any near-term plans to ride behind the 463 again.
