Re: D&RGW NG boxcar and gondola detail photos

Don I greatly appreciate these photos of the details of these cars. As a modeler working in 7 1/2 gauge live steam, my large format allows me to incorporate lots of detail. My motive power will be the RGS#20 & I have hundreds of pictures of her before she was moved to Strasburg. It really helps me, but also slows the building since I can't just "freelance" details, at least not without feeling a little guilty. After the loco, my next project will be the endless task of building rolling stock so I am constantly adding to my archive of photos. I find Dr. Sloan's A Century + Ten of D&RGW Narrow Gauge Freight Cars & the drawings from The Maxwell Collection are helpful, but the photos you have presented are invaluable. Thanks!
