Thanks Michael,

I thing that our Steam in Ecuador Tour will be a success in late September. We have scheduled it for Sept 25 to Oct 4, 2009.Also we are working on adding a extension to the Galapagos Islands for a bit of sightseeing after the tour on Oct 4.

I think the steam situation will be stabilized by the this next summer and leave a better positioning of locomotives in Quito and Riobamba. However I think steam operations out of Duran will be limited or not at all. I have seen photos of #14 operating in Ibarra in August 2008.
