I noticed the Trains Unlimited web site is showing that three narrow gauge tours(tours on the C&TS, D&S and G&Q) are being taken over by Travel Unlimited, a Reno based travel agency. I believe TUT worked with Travel Unlimited on things like hotels and airline tickets. Since there is not a train to be seen on Travel Unlimited's website, I would guess that they are just a front for whoever is really running these trips.
