Restoration efforts in the midwest... New steam for 2010.

Hello all,
I wanted to post a progress report on a mid-west locomotive restoration at the Hesston Steam Museum.
We are in process of restoring our 3' gauge 17 ton 1911HK Porter 2-6-0
This is a frame off restoration. In the photo you can see the frame after sandblasting last weekend.
We'll be checking for any cracks in the frame and wheel sets this weekend.
We have contracted with Oliver Boiler Works of Canada for a new all welded ASME code boiler. Which should be delivered next summer.
Our estimation is that we'll have all the running gear finished for spring. Then while we wait for the boiler we'll start in on building a new tender tank.
Hopefully she'll be in operation in the spring of 2010.
