You need to look between the frames. You will probably see the lifting arms extending ahead to lifting arms over the link which is suspended from a dummy rocker. From this there will be a transmission bar back to the inside, or bottom rocker. This arrangement was even found on some standard gauge locomotives, notably consolidations.
