Thank you, Frank. I will follow up with CRRM, as you suggest.
By "walk-in type," I presume you mean a fully enclosed booth, such as at Cresco. All of them are like that except the one at Toltec Siding, which is just an open-front box spiked to a pole. Construction details of the seven enclosed booths are all different from one another, but they are similar in form and function. The Cresco booth is the best built and most substantial of them all.
Drawings by Dave Adams of two booths were published in the Narrow Gauge & Short Line Gazette. The Coxo booth is shown on page 29 of the March/April 1987 issue and the Cresco booth is on page 70 of the May/June 1988 issue.
