I don't think so Bill. IIRC, that one was the one that ran at the Virginia & Truckee in its early years. Came from Stockton, McCormick & Baxter Creosoting or something like that. Was owned by Erich Thomsen earlier in her life & actually ran up on the Bay Bridge before they pulled the Key System rails. The idea was to make it across the Bay to SF & back, but she didn't carry enough water! The operation that you speak of was called Silver Bend (at Clarksburg). Going solely by memory here, so hope this is all correct.
