And I'd add one more thing to Brian's comments:

The Nevada Northern is, itself, far more than a standard tourist line. It is also a museum - an operating museum - and a designated National Historic Landmark. While this is certainly disturbing news, and while the Nevada Northern has also had its share of setbacks over the last year or so, it's important to realize that it's the Depot and Freight Station buildings that are directly impacted.

I am curious, however, as to how this will affect RR operations, as the RR has had use of parts of the depot in the past.
