Colors for Continental Oil Company in the Soldier trademark era, prior to the purchase by Marland in 1929 or 1930 seems to have been red and white. Marland used a green triangle. After the merger the green triangle was used with the CONOCO logo. The CONOCO logo doesn"t appear to be used much before 1929. I have a color photo of the other store in Gato some place which shows the pump, I recall it being white and green. Mrs. Padilla had bothe the soldier and the triangle glass globes inside the store.
