Yes, but the depot has been upgraded to current accessibility standards causing it to loose its historical significance. That is why it is OK to install a steel roof on the structure to protect it from deep snowfalls like this past winter.

I took a long stare at the photo, and I think it might be better to leave the lamp where it is. Meanwhile if I find any photos which show a similar installation, I will let you know.
