Based up on what has happened in the past my predictions are

9 - Nope, not gonna be fixed.

#12 - Maybe, but she probably won't make an appearance until late in the season

#111 - Still won't be finished.

#1203 - Because of the lower operating costs, this dieseasel will be the primary loco along with the #21.

My other prediction is.

While I will probably be close to Georgetown, my odds of riding the loop are very close to zero.
I also should be visiting Silverton, my odds of riding the D&S or CATS or both are very good....practically a probable.
