Ticket prices are already as high as the market will bear, and may even have to be lowered a bit to compensate for the high cost of gas. Funds for restoration of #483 will have to be raised by those of us who care enough to make the effort, as the C&TS has plenty of other projects to spend money on. With four engines available soon, top priority is probably the completion of the track alignment and ballasting project. This will improve running times and help minimize future engine and rolling stock repairs.
