I think they mean the stand itself. Its not a harp swich stand. Its a lever you lift and rotate to move the railds. Also there is an ex EBT three way stub switch still in service on the Pine Creek Railroad in Allaire, NJ. Awsome pictures by the way. I love that railroad and the #10 is a blast to fire! Sucj a sweet lil loco.
