My senior year at Colorado College, two or three of us rode the last leg of the Kiwanis Kolor Karavan from Antonito to Alamosa on the front platform of the first coach, and then drove back to the Springs w/o washing up. Needless to say, we got more than a few funny looks when we entered the student union to get a late dinner ...
IIRC, I had a mid-term exam in Physical Chemistry the next morning, and it took me the rest of the semester to get my grade up to a "C".
But who cares? I still have the slides!
