I'm not directly involved, but from where I sit part of the delay has been related to giving the folks in Chama a chance to inventory the "freight" fleet and determine just exactly what is serviceable and what isn't. And to think about the power situation, crews, what can we realistically (safely) do, and how much will it cost. Things were allowed to get so run down that it's kinda like starting all over again. The only way to play with 100 year old equipment is VERY CAREFULLY. All that being said, I think the answers should be out very soon. I'm as anxious to anyone to get the answers, since I want to be there.
