That looks like Henry Sorensen's operation the location of which escapes me at the moment.
However the locomotive is former Kiso Forest and is now at the California State Railroad Museum. The train is made up of two West Side Lumber flat cars and the Arcata and Mad River caboose which is now at Ardenwood in Newark, Ca. I am not sure if they have those flats or not at Ardenwood, Randy Hees would know more.
