From a legal point of view as well as a privacy issue, your post could be taken by a lawyer (with you being a representative of the Railroad) and used to turn you and Railstar into mincemeat.

Yes, we know what the consensus is on whether the man is guilty or not, but he was tried and the verdict delivered by a jury. Yet you have called him a "KILLER".

In the legal world, your opinion doesn't matter a whit, but it could be construed as libel. So be careful of what you say.

Besides, publicizing the mans whereabouts or his public movements could be seen as intentionally endangering him or his children. In todays litigious society, it's best to keep your mouth shut in a situation like that.

As for what I have said about the CHS, Beherens et al, I have said nothing about them doing anything illegal. Stupidity, arrogance and incompetence are not against the law. That is unless you're intentionally flushing billions of dollars of investors money down the toilet.
