Both you and Les are correct! It is in the Doe River Gorge, at Pardee Point. It was taken in March 2003 by Mark Milbourne, one of the staff at the Doe River Gorge Camp on a winter maintenance trip up the gorge. You can see his Fairmont speeder (narrowed from standard gauge to 3' gauge) in the background.

The gorge still sees daily traffic (mostly motor cars) during the summer months, as it is an important part of the camp's activities. On many summer Saturdays, it is open to the public for train trips, using an 8-ton Plymouth pulling two open cars (ex-D&RG box cars, cut down by 6-Flags of Atlanta). As you can see, Carter County, Tennessee is beautiful country!

As for fishing, I'm not a fisherman, but I've been told that the trout fishing is excellent, although there are not as many Bass as before a big flood a few years ago.
