No. 4 is a 1914 Baldwin 2-6-2 with 14 x 26 cylinders and 44-inch drivers, BLW class 10-26 1/4 D 134. It was one of five identical engines purchased in 1914 by two predecessor companies of Lee Tidewater Cypress, all of which survive.
