Re: Bridges along the Marshall Pass line

There was still a barricade at the summit with a road closed sign when we drove up on the 2nd. We drove in from the west side and found a real rough patch a ways below the summit. As we got close to the summit it started pouring and then some slush started hitting the windshield. There wasn't any snow on the ground. I would have taken a walk beyond the road closed sign in the big cut but it was just raining too hard. We headed back down close to tank 7 and had a picnic by the creek.

After lunch we headed over to the east side by highway. I drove in far enough to check out one of the stone boxes that I had seen on the valuation map. I wanted to see if any of these still existed and apparently they do. It was pretty busy on the east side. It probably had something to do with the holiday weekend coming up. Quite a few bike riders on that end.
