Your trips to Big Horn and Whiplash were definitely worthwhile. I remember poking out that "road" to Whiplash in a rented 4x4...we got past where it crossed the tracks. Finally gave up because there were no trains, we were just exploring.

One time we tried to make it into Whiplash from the east, and never quite made it. Those "roads" are tough but fun.

I especially like that going away shot near Big Horn where the canyon looms in the distance.
