T Bone,

My understanding is that this is an issue that is currently unresolved. For the time being, there will not be a way to post attachments, but if someone can host your image, then it can be linked.

Stay tuned as this thing evolves. I'm sure there will be a way to get it done, Don't stop scanning your great pictures.
