I am not sure if the 70 car Cumbres to Antonito restriction was due to Tanglefoot but it is interesting to note that it was not engine class specific. Westbound # 315 has a maximum tonnage rating from Antonito to Cumbres of 350 tons with an adjustment factor of 4 tons. See my previous (corrected) post for Cumbres to Chama. Eastbound, Chama to Cumbres she is good for 106 tons with an adjustment factor of 1 ton.
