Couple of comments:
Sch 80 pipe must be used to the first block valve of any steam boiler.
I would not recommend use of any 150# malleable fittings in any steam system. Maybe rated for 150 WSP but they are not reliable. Seen too many holes and splits. Maybe ok for low pressure >15# domestic heating.
If you use Sch 40 for any critical application make sure it is NOT type F. Such as A-53F. This is furnance butt weld pipe and has a weak seam. They heat the skelp up hot and force it together. ie: forge welding.
That is why galvanized is prohibited....it is most always type F pipe. Makes good drain and water line.
In any case it is important to understand the material specs. and calculate for pressure.
