Jim, We had money for S-Wye, but it was not nearly enough for the bridge over Powder R. It looks like we will need an additional grant to do the job. It was not a man power issue. Once we get enough funds for the bridge we can probably lay some of the rail ourselves, plus probably some local convict labor. Re-establishing the water tank near S-Wye is a seperate project.
