Nice shot of the 201. When I worked at TS in the 80's it was my favorite engine, although early on it was least favorite of the crews because of many problems with the running gear, valve gear and drafting.
Changes made to the engine incuded adding leaves to the underhung springs, building a new exhaust stand and nozzels, and having new reverse links made with the proper radius. We also built a new stack and relocated the brake valves away from the heat on top of the boiler.
The changes made her much more dependable and easier to run and fire. With the new boiler she should be around for many more years.
