The tribe is developing the former West Side site to accomodate housing and a golf course which is being built right now. They hope to have 9 holes open in September. They renovated the old Glen Bell enginehouse as a community center. The rest of the buildings from the old Hetch-Hetchy days are in sad shape. The clerestory on the old enginehose/carshop is collapsing. Brad Milne left a lot of junk inside when he vacated the place. Brad was the last stronghold of a loosely knit group that were trying to save what was left of the rails in the yard and out into the woods. The old mainline leaving the millsite has been converted to a road for access to the casino from the tribes headquarters in the old Glen Bell station.

Others may chime in on this also with even more recent news as my last trip was September last year. Beware if you go on the property as it is patrolled and is Sovereign Land. I got permission.
