Thanks Earl for stepping in. I wanted to say that about Tom, but I'm not technically qualified. But from everything I saw of Tom he was one fine steam engineer, and I was frustrated to see him wasting his skills on diesels. He was a quiet professional who did his job well with no fanfare. Hope he enjoys his retirement.
