The cumbres and toltecs new site? (Thanks Roger)

I was reading rogers post on the new cumbres and toltec website. I followed the link to the website and found a link that talked about projects that they have been working on. What struck me as odd was they said to look for steam engine 463 this year in 2008. Some where else I had heard that this engine would be on the rails in 2009, do we know exact dates for sure or is this a play by ear type thing. Plus on top of this this website confused me further by putting alot of 497 videos so my other question is does anyone know what they are planning to do to this locomotive? I would hope they restore her because we need another 490 back and the 497's whistle is my favorite drgw whistle. Thanks.
