I just re-checked the National Trust for Historical Preservation's website and the full article is now online: Preservation Magazine: "End of the Line - The storied East Broad Top may soon be derailed"

The website also has an Online Extra:"End of the Line" East Broad Top Railroad audio slideshow

The full article has apparently been online for a few months now, but I don't think anyone mentioned it on the NGDF yet.
