Gotta what out for the drunks stumbling in & out of Foster''s. When my wife & I were walking along Terrace Ave across from Fosters a car withd of 4 very drunk guys pulled up and parked right next to where we were walking. One of them almost fell on my wife stumbling out of the car! They stumbled off toward Foster's. Needless to say she wasn't up to going to Foster's for lunch and left Chama with less than a favorable impression.
