Re: Creed - STB seeks public comment

Maintenance of way equipment has been into town, steel wheels on steel rails. A number of road crossings had been paved over and gravel spread over the yard tracks, all of which obstructions were removed in October.

SLRG has filed an opposition, and it can be seen on the stb website. You can see all the filings at [www.stb.dot.gov] if you search on docket AB-1014.

For a filing to be valid it has to be sent to all the persons on the cc: list seen in the example, and the original with 10 copies have to be sent to the STB as well. If you e-file with STB, you still have to send copies to all the persons on the cc: list and certify that you have done so.

If you do comment, please keep it civil and address the issues. These comments are public record, and name calling and flaming the parties on either side or the members of the board does not do anyone any good.
