Toy vs. ? Could be model content? But?

Here are some pictures of a little project we are working on. The question here is when does one of these no longer seem to be a toy? This should have about 5800# of tractive effort. The frame is 2 inches thick and the cylinders are 7 x 10. Operates at 220 psi. These are built from scratch.
